The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)’s 2025 Regional Human Development Report for Latin America and the Caribbean, Under Pressure: Recalibrating the Future of Development in LAC, examines how the region faces a new era of uncertainty shaped by recurrent crises, technological acceleration, social fragmentation, and climate challenges.
